So I think Henry is going through another growth spurt. He slept this morning until 8:45! And then after some breakfast, a little playing, and another quick bite (ouch!), he went back down for a nap at only 9:30! Holy Schmokes!
So I decided to take advantage of the free time, to get my house back in order. I still have decorations from Easter and Juliana’s baby shower littering the living and dining room. The office is still covered in a thick layer of dust, thanks to the little farm animals in here, and it’s beginning to smell like a barn as well as look like one (I can’t wait to get these chickens outside for good!). The bedroom floor is covered with piles of sorted laundry, just waiting to be washed, and the dishes in the dishwasher need to be put away. Oh, and I can’t remember the last time I washed windows or mopped the kitchen floor. SHEESH! Martha would be scolding me right now.
I better pull out my Homekeeping Handbook and get on it… before the bug wakes up!
